Acceptance and Eligibility

By creating an account, buying credits, subscribing, or using Rapper AI at rapperai.app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. If you do not agree, do not use Rapper AI.

The Service and AI Providers

Rapper AI provides template-based AI video generation. Upload performer photos and select duration, quality and aspect ratio to generate a video from a video template using MiniMax H3 Max through fal. The current workflow does not accept audio uploads, custom prompts or lyrics. Waffo screens the text prompt before generation, and the generation provider's safety checker is enabled. The template, actual photo count, selected duration and quality determine the credit charge; generated output may differ from your expectations, including in its length, visuals, vocals, lyrics, and lip sync. We do not guarantee a particular result or uninterrupted availability. We may change or suspend features as the service evolves.

Accounts and Your Content

Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You retain responsibility for photos and other material you submit, including ensuring that you have the rights and permissions to use them. If you upload a photograph or other reference depicting a real person, it must depict you or you must have that person's explicit permission for this use. Performer photos are used to generate the identities of template roles. Undressing and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited.

Acceptable Use and Safety

You may not use Rapper AI to generate, upload, or distribute:

• Pornography or other sexually explicit content.
• Graphic violence or gore.
• Hate speech or content that promotes violence against a protected group.
• Child sexual abuse material or other child-unsafe sexual content.
• Deepfakes, deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate imagery, or attempts to undress or sexually alter a real person.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Any other content that is unlawful or intended to facilitate fraud, harassment, or harm.

Video prompts are screened by Waffo's content-safety service before generation, and the generation provider's safety checker is enabled. These checks can miss content; you remain responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing. We may block a prompt, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or revoke credits associated with abuse where permitted by law. To report content or a suspected violation, email contact@rapperai.app with the task URL or identifier and a brief explanation. We review reports and may ask for additional information.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Prices, currency, and the amount due are shown at checkout. When you submit payment, you authorize the payment provider to charge the amount shown, including any applicable taxes or fees displayed at checkout. For purchases through Waffo Pancake, Waffo.com Limited acts as the online reseller and merchant of record. Waffo handles the order-related inquiries and returns described at checkout, processes payment-card details through its checkout, and sends Rapper AI the order and payment status information needed to provide the service. Other payment methods may use their respective providers.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. You can cancel from your account's billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and subscription credits continue according to the current paid period and the plan terms shown at purchase.

Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of their monthly allowance period and do not roll over. Annual subscribers receive their allowance monthly; each monthly allowance expires at the end of that period and does not roll over. One-time credit packs do not expire. Subscription credits are spent before one-time credits. The generator shows the credit cost for the selected template, photo count, video duration and quality before submission.

If a video-generation job fails, the credits charged for that job are returned automatically. This is separate from a refund of a subscription or credit purchase.

Refund Requests

Refund requests for paid orders are reviewed case by case. To ask for a review, email contact@rapperai.app with your order number and the reason for your request. Sending an email does not itself initiate a payment-provider refund or guarantee approval. If a refund is approved, it is processed through the applicable payment provider.

Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how Waffo Pancake, fal, Cloudflare, and any enabled optional integrations process it. Third-party providers are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers and Liability

Rapper AI is provided on an “as available” basis. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms by changing the date above and, where appropriate, notifying users through the service. Questions about these Terms, billing, or the service can be sent to contact@rapperai.app.
