Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information Rapper AI collects and how it is used when you visit rapperai.app, create an account, purchase credits, contact us, or generate a video. We do not sell personal information.

Information We Collect

• Account and contact details: email address, name or profile details you provide, authentication records, and support messages or tickets.
• Orders and billing records: products, prices, currency, payment and subscription status, order identifiers, and related transaction events. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Video-generation data: the template you select, reference photos you upload, generation settings, task status, and generated results. Completed videos and task history are available in your account; you can delete eligible tasks from Video History. We do not receive or store full reference videos uploaded by you; templates use clips supplied by Rapper AI.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device details, request and error logs, and interactions needed to operate and secure the service.
• Cookies and local storage: essential session and security data, plus language, appearance, and cookie-consent preferences.

How We Use Information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide video generation, maintain task history, process payments and subscriptions, return credits for failed generation jobs, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Video prompts are screened by Waffo's content-safety service before generation; we store the redacted verdict and request identifier with the account activity, not an additional copy of the prompt. Optional analytics, advertising, identity, and support integrations are used only when configured by the site operator. If the cookie-consent banner is enabled, configured Google Analytics, Google One Tap, Plausible, AdSense, Crisp, and Tawk integrations are not loaded until you accept; rejecting optional integrations leaves email support available.

Service Providers and Data Sharing

We share only the information needed to operate the service:

• Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited) acts as the online reseller and merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. It processes card details, handles order-related inquiries and returns described at checkout, sends Rapper AI order, payment, and subscription information so we can provide purchased credits and manage billing, and screens video prompts for content safety before generation. The prompt-scan service returns a redacted verdict; Waffo's SDK documents that the scan does not store prompt text. Full card numbers are processed by Waffo Pancake and are not stored on Rapper AI servers.
• fal receives the prompt, generation settings, uploaded reference photos, and required task identifiers to generate the requested video. Its processing is also subject to fal's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare provides the Workers, D1 database, and R2 object storage used to run the site and store account, uploaded-photo, and video-history data. Stored media is served through authenticated routes associated with its task owner.
• If enabled, analytics, advertising, or support integrations such as Google Analytics, Plausible, AdSense, Crisp, or Tawk.to may receive the data needed for their configured function. Their own privacy policies apply.
• We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service, users, or our rights.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own. Their processing is subject to their respective terms and privacy commitments.

Cookies and Analytics

Essential cookies support sign-in, security, and core functions. Language, appearance, and consent preferences may be stored in your browser. The site operator may enable Google Analytics, Plausible, advertising, identity, or support integrations. When the cookie-consent banner is enabled, configured Google Analytics, Google One Tap, Plausible, AdSense, Crisp, and Tawk integrations load only after you accept. If you reject, those integrations are not loaded; email remains available for support. You can revisit your choice using Cookie Settings in the site footer when available.

Data Retention and Your Choices

Video task history and files stored in Rapper AI remain in your account until you delete the eligible task. Deleting a task removes its prompt, task result, and file from Rapper AI storage. Account, order, security, and support records may be retained for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting duties. Data held by fal or another provider is governed by that provider's retention practices and is not deleted when you remove a task from Rapper AI.

Uploaded reference photos expire 24 hours after upload if they are not used. After a generation task that uses a photo settles, we set the photo to expire after 7 days. You can also remove an eligible photo or task earlier from the service. Expired files are removed by the service's maintenance cleanup; temporary provider access links expire separately.

You can review your video history and delete eligible tasks in account settings. For a privacy request, account question, or help with data, email contact@rapperai.app. We will handle requests under applicable law.

Children

Rapper AI is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review it.

Security and Policy Changes

We use HTTPS, access controls, and other measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy by changing its update date and, where appropriate, notifying users through the service.
